Between juggling family commitments, work deadlines, and everything else on your plate, it’s no wonder stress levels often run high during the holiday season.
I’ve seen how hard it can be to find even a moment for yourself in the midst of it all, which is why I’ve created something to help: the Nervous System Reset.
This 40-minute express kinesiology session is a gentle yet powerful way to support you when life feels hectic. It’s short enough to fit into even the busiest schedule but impactful enough to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
Why I Designed This Service
As a therapist, I know how important it is to manage stress and anxiety, especially during the holiday season. When stress builds up, it doesn’t just affect your mood—it can make it harder to enjoy your time with loved ones, focus on the things that matter, and even get through your daily tasks. What Happens During a Session?
Each session starts with a short chat about what’s been going on for you. If you have specific stressors you’d like to address, we can focus on those. Otherwise, I’ll guide you through a general reset to help release tension and restore calm.
The treatment itself is gentle and restorative—think of it as a reset button for your body and mind.
