Flower Essence Program

Work with Jess in her 6 month program which combines Kinesiology and Flower Essences tailored for you.

This program is recommended for those wanting to wanting to heal at a deeper level. Through consistent therapy, more layers are able to shed in a gentle way.

In session you will unpack your current challenges and set intentions for the month ahead. Your bespoke flower essence will be blended by Jess, based on your intention and subconscious blocks needing to be shifted.

In each session, you will also build skills to help you in the everyday. You will be guided through powerful grounding and breath techniques which will leave you feeling clearer and more empowered about the path to healing.
